Compliance and Reader Protections
Cyvack is a publishing website. This page brings together the policies and controls that help readers understand how the site operates.
It is not a claim that Cyvack holds a particular certification, licence, regulatory approval, or professional accreditation.
Editorial accountability
Our editorial controls are described in:
- the Editorial Policy
- the Research Methodology
- the Corrections Policy
- the Transparency page
- the Author directory
These pages explain how topics are selected, how sources are reviewed, how analysis is distinguished from confirmed information, and how readers can request a correction.
Privacy and cookies
Reader-facing data information is available in:
- the Privacy Policy
- the Cookie Policy
- the Terms of Service
Cyvack aims to collect only the information needed for a reader-initiated action such as an email, correction request, or newsletter subscription.
Advertising and analytics technologies may have separate consent requirements. Where advertising is enabled, the site should use an appropriate consent mechanism and provide users with the choices required for their region.
Security reporting
A public security contact is available through the contact page and security.txt. Reports should describe the affected URL, the observed behaviour, and a safe way to reproduce the issue. Passwords, private keys, payment details, and other unnecessary sensitive data should not be sent by ordinary email.
Advertising safeguards
Advertising should not be the purpose of a page. Cyvack restricts advertising code to completed article pages and excludes search, error, policy, author, pagination, and other utility screens.
Pages that are unfinished, automatically generated without review, or too limited to provide meaningful reader value should be improved, removed, or kept out of ad serving.
